Performing the upgrade itself. It requires a bit of maintenance and some cleanup first. Will add a few minutes to the process.

An extra backup snapshot of the instance has been created successfully (26 minutes, 80 GB). If anything goes sideways with this upgrade, the instance will be restored to its state immediately prior to the upgrade.

During the maintenance window, Lounge Town will be offline. When it comes back online, it will run the latest Mastodon software.
